Andrea Antonelli

Andrea has participated for two years at the Italian Championship pocket bike, arriving in the first ten positions.
The surprises, however, arrived just in season 2002 when the Team Skizze, made the big leap into the "big wheels". He participated with a APRILIA 125, the Cup as a novice and Italy has been brought to light as a pilot of talent and grit.
After a few months of adaptation, even came to his first victory in Magione (best of him as the youngest driver who won a race in the circuit had only Melandri) in September, after arriving the same day also 3rd Time Trophy race in the IT 125 SP.

Immediately after a short time, it was also imposed on the Meregali Varano (PR), by posting, still in a race of the Trofeo 125 IT SP.
Andrea has done in the first season, the debut in TROPHY HONDA 125 GP, which also brought to light with different placements and already tapping the podium with a 4th place overall and won a Varano confirming a final ranking in 13th position and as the youngest rider in the ranking.

Season in 2003 with the headline TEAM Leardini, participated with a motorcycle HONDA GP 125, in ITALIAN and EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP Category 125 GP and in the end the team won with Mattia Angeloni. The results were satisfactory for a novice 15 years with particular interest has seemed to the 11th place in Assen, where going for the first time. At the end of the season in 2003, participated with a motorcycle at 125 APRILIA Trophy Winter of Binetto (BA) resulting in late winner for the posting of the third test.

In season 2004, following the track by Mr Mauro kernels (Technical great experience) participated in the Italian Championship speed (CIV) 125 GP and the Spanish 125GP Championship.
The results in Italy allowed him to reach third in the category of young people, first and eighth of sixteen at the same level as that seen in the absolute top riders and the larger experience.

In Spain (CEV) although unable to excel, is still always come in the first fifteen of the individual rankings and the beautiful trails of the World Cup, unknown to him were certainly some good results, since even the high competitiveness of this championship.

Season in 2005 at the request of KAWASAKI, after a test at Monza was an 'agreement with the Team Lightspeed Kawasaki Reggio Emilia to run the under 20 European Superstock 600 that will be disputed in conjunction with the World SBK. At the end comes 6th (Two third places Assen and Imola).

In Season 2006 Andrea came 5th in the absolute Superstock 600 European Championship, collecting a podium at Assen (University of motociclismo) France and England. And these results have allowed him having received many requests from teams to enter the TEAM ITALY who follow in the next season through the TEAM HONDA MEGABIKE (Top of the World Supersport Team).

In the 2007 season Andrea always participates in the European Superstock 600 championship with the team italy megabike ax52 and after a great victory at the University of motorcycle racing at Assen (Netherlands), 4 second places (Italy, England, France, England) and the remaining places always behind the podium, Andrea Antonelli becomes European vice-champion Superstock 600 class which runs in World Superbike.

In 2008, Andrea will participate in the World Superstock 1000 FIM (World Cup) with the team HONDA HONDA AlLTHEA AX52 (Rome) and make the first two races in World Supersport with the honda official HANNSPREE HONDA TEAM HALTHEA in Qatar and Australia.

In 2009, Andrea will instead run and bike with the Yamaha Team Trasimeno, in the Superstock Championship 1000FIM.
