With the wisdom gained from Globalgest, but most of all from it’s founder, Roger Marcaccini, which has within its curriculum a variety of roles including Team Manager, the organization of teams does not become a problem.

If arrives a doubt, for example "which technician put inside the team, how to organize all the staff, travels etc.”, Globalgest is able to solve it.
Dealing with interviews with the technicians, their assessment, management of the entire structure of the garage and organization such as the preparation of box furnishing, the choice of tools to work with etc..

An example is the Team Polaris World participating in classes 125cc with Bradley Smith and 250cc with Mattia Pasini of the MotoGP year 2008:
Roger Marcaccini and his experience, knew how to create a team from the big capacity.
All technicians have been specially chosen to create the right feeling between team and rider. All staff was selected to give the best, indeed the entire structure of the garage (boards, color of the truck and scooter etc) and secondary structures have been personally selected to provide an impeccable image of the team and of the Main Sponsor Polaris World, who was also owner of the team.
All travels and hotels for the Grand Prix week end were viewed and controlled race for race.
An impression and a style that has struck and left their mark: the result they wanted to achieve.

In less size, also during the 2009 year Roger Marcaccini was called to a similar commitment: Team Coordinator appointed directly from Team Aspar of Jorge Martinez and from Gino Borsoi for the new team Balatonring class 250cc with Gabor Talmacsi.
A commitment that Roger Marcaccini has taken with great professionalism and high efficiency.

Globalgest is also able to provide to teams, but not only, the service of press release just after the daily rounds of free practice, qualify and after the race with the comment and photos of the rider and then be sent to the mailing list, to keep update press and partners.
